Stop in, tick on. We change most batteries while you wait, and you’ll have a clear view of the process.
Prices:
- Batteries with labor typically run $10-$15
- Unusual batteries, $30
- Solar transistor batteries (think fancy pacemaker for your watch), $85
For challenging case back removals or closings, your timepiece will be transferred to the skilled hands of our Master Watchmaker.
Watch Repair
You don’t even have to meet our Master Watchmaker to love him. He’s everything you would want in a Time Master: old school, German-trained, able to service vintage watches that others cannot. Naturally he works at a Certified Rolex Repair Facility where he also services brands like Tag, Cartier, Ebel, and Rado. When he’s not at work on our customer’s watches, he’s in Switzerland learning more about how to care for your beloved timepieces.
If you’d like his services, we offer free estimates on any watch and you’ll also receive a one-year warranty for any work he performs. And like a good Master does—if he can’t repair your watch, he will return it at no charge. Vintage watch collectors love him—and you will too.
Replacment Watch Bands
Your watch reflects who you are. That’s why we have a large selection of leather watch straps, metal expansion bands, tactical carbon fiber, and rubber sport watch bands so you can find the perfect fit for both you and your timepiece.
We can also custom order extra wide bands, 22mm and up.
Clean and Refinish Watch Bands
Give us your watch band and we’ll give it a face-lift—and give you peace of mind.

- Polishing, refinishing, and ultrasonically cleaning detachable metal watch bands
