Amazingly wonderful staff! I stopped in only to get my ring inspected and cleaned. While I waited I asked about getting a matching band for my engagement and the lady that helped me was so thoughtful and patient with my many questions. She showed me different styles and cuts, and even set up a wish list for me on their data base to share with my husband. I only ended up buying jewelry cleaner but they treated me as if I bought a diamond! What a great experience.

We've purchased other jewelry from Linnea, so we knew the quality was excellent before we decided to get our wedding rings there. Denise worked with me to create a custom design for my rings, and was very accommodating and helpful. She was full of pointers and information! The customer service is excellent-Denise went out of her way to fix a small issue with my ring at no cost to me-and was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Strongly recommend. Denise is obviously very passionate about her work!
